This website was created to inform certain current and former employees of Charter Communications, LLC of the status of the lawsuit brought to recover unpaid wages and overtime compensation. The lawsuit, Sjoblom v. Charter Communications, LLC (Case No. 07-C-0451-C), was filed by Maurice James Sjoblom, who was employed in Charter’s Janesville, Wisconsin office.

The settlement of this case was given final approval by the court on January 26, 2009. Please click on the Final Order and Judgment for the details. Checks were mailed to Authorized Claimants on March 27, 2009. If you have any questions regarding the taxability of your portion of the settlement, please contact your local tax advisor or accountant.

IMPORTANT:
If you are listed on the Judgment and you change addresses, you must notify the Settlement Claims Administrator, Rust Consulting, Inc., (PO Box 9371; Minneapolis, MN 55440-9371; Phone (866) 403-6541).

If you are an Authorized Claimant who is entitled to receive Charter services, you must contact Charter to set up those services on or before June 25, 2009.  You will forfeit your right to services if you fail to meet that deadline.  If you no longer have the offer code, please contact Rust Consulting.
