This website has been created to inform certain current and former employees of Charter Communications, LLC of their right to participate in the settlement of the lawsuit brought to recover unpaid wages and overtime compensation. The lawsuit, Sjoblom v. Charter Communications, LLC (Case No. 07-C-0451-C), was filed by Maurice James Sjoblom, who is currently employed in Charter’s Janesville, Wisconsin office.

In order to receive settlement proceeds, you must be a Class Member and send in the Claim, Waiver and Release Form, which is available on the right-hand side of this website. The Notice of Settlement to Class Members, also on the right-hand side of this website, provides further detailed information about the settlement.

IMPORTANT:
To participate in the settlement, your completed and signed Claim, Waiver and Release Form must be postmarked by January 2, 2009.
